An encounter between 2 whales and a paddleboarder at Esperance was captured by a drone. According to reports by the ABC who interviewed the drone videographer Jaimen Hudson, ‘What resulted was perfect timing’. The drone just happened to arrive at the same time as paddleboarder ‘Dave Price’. The footage is simply amazing and the whales who look a little curious about the paddleboarder show no aggression. We regularly have whales where we live at Port Stephens and maybe one day will have such an encounter. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did.
